Curator William Garrett tasked 6 artists (Lisa DiClerico, Kenny Greenberg, Jean-Marie Guyaux, Donna Levinstone, John Long and William Garrett) to step outside of their usual medium- be it photography, sculpture, painting or neon- to create new installations in collaboration with Plaxall using plastics and the thermoforming process invented in 1938 by its founder Louis Pfohl. Today Plaxall is a local plastics manufacturer and generous supporter of the LIC arts scene.
